What is Flipgrid? Flipgrid is a platform in which everyone can get access by entering a flip code or just creating an account. There, people can create grids and topics, and with these resources, everyone can make a discussion. This can be very helpful for those that look for amazing ways to teach students that love speaking in front of a camera.

For example, in my case, if I were a teacher, I will upload and post images that call the attention of my students. With this, students will give their opinions of what they saw and understood.

Advantages

 

• Everyone can create an account without paying.
• It is very simple to enter and to create materials.
• With this, everyone is going to interact, and if they do not want, at least they are going to work because they are pushed.
• It is very creative and entertaining.
• Students can practice their speaking.
• It will be loved for the guys that are creative and love technology.

 

Disadvantages

• For the guys that did not love technology, this is not an amazing website to work.
• There are guys that do not like to participate because they did not like to talk in front of a camera and record themselves.
• If everyone does not know how to create grids or topics, the ones that participate will not know how to do it because the directions will not be clear.
• The time is limited.
• The participants can not hide their participations, and these can be seen by others.
